Traditional Swedish Pepparkakor

if you like Anna's Ginger thins, this is the closest I have found to them. Lovely and delicious. Definitely a keeper.

Chococonut Chip Cookies

yummmmmmmm. I do not even like coconut, but thesea re great. I used a mix of white, dark and milk choc chips as that is all I had.

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

I reduced the temp on my oven AND the cooking time to 6mins and they still came out overdone. Not awful, but not great. ditto the suggestion to use cocoa powder when rolling out rather than flour. (or 50/50)
