Red Velvet Cupcakes

I just made these last night, and they were perfection! The only change I made was adding 1/2 tsp. more of vanilla. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. My batter wasn't runny, either. It was fluffy and able to be scooped into the muffin pan with an ice cream scoop cleanly and easily. The cupcakes turned out moist and delicious- even after sitting out all night! They tasted a lot like the red velvet cupcakes from Starbucks. And even better, the frosting tasted just like a sugary cheesecake. I loved it! I'll definitely be making these again.

Chocolate Layered Pie

The flavor of the pie is great, but it doesn't hold well at all. I had to put it in the freezer overnight to get a decent firmness. Before I did so, every slice toppled over, and the whipped topping literally oozed out like liquid all over the pie and plate. It NEEDS to be put in the freezer, not the refrigerator.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Simply delicious! I didn't change a thing about the recipe. The only mistake I made was only making one pie. It was gone so quickly, that I didn't even get a slice for myself! I only had one bite of someone else's slice. Everybody loved it!

Pumpkin Cake I

I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out wonderfully moist. However, the spices were a bit overpowering for me. This cake is perfect for those who prefer a nice, strong flavor.
