I make this but when I do I cube up ham, Salami and use all kinds of slice olives, then saute it all in italian seasonings and garlic. After its cooled I toss it with parm and Mozzerella, place in the bread dough and roll and then bake. Comes out delicious !!!!

Spaghetti Pizza Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
I would fry the spagetti like a pie in a frying pan til crisp, then top and bake it in the oven. I think that would be more like a crust and separate it from a regular spaghetti dinner.

All I can say is they are wonderful and easy. I Used a yellow cake mix and Lemon Extract since it's all I had. Only thing Is I don't understand how anyone can get 48 cookies out of this

Shrimp Verde

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
something I have been making for years. I use frozen shrimp the largest ones I can find peeled, deveined with the tails on. I steep them frozen in with the garlic, oil and spices very low so they don't cook, just want them to thaw and make their own juices....YUM. Toss with Linguine and some Parm cheese. One of the best dishes.

Sliced Steak Pizzaiola

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
my mother used to make this all the time, but she used to really season it up with lots of Oregano and garlic. Simmer for a long time in the sauce. Serve it as is or over pasta or bread.

Garbage Can Turkey

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
I have been doing this for years. We camp and do it there most of the time. the night before we actually cook the turkey we have a huge camp fire and burn all the bad things off the can in the bon fire, by the next day the can is ready to cook the turkey. It comes out perfect every single time. No need to add any beer cans or anything to it. Juicy, smokey and just simply wonderful every single time.

Exactly the way I make them, except I don't use quite as much water and I don't fry them. I drop them in the sauce to cook. Makes the sauce taste awesome.

Thumbprint Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Super easy to make and I am not a baker. The dough was Great to work with. If the directions are followed correctly there should not be any problems.I did not use egg white to roll them in since they were sticky enough, the nuts adhered beautifully. I did however read the reviews and I did increase the oven temp to 350 instead of 300, other than that not other changes. They were incredible !! Awesome recipe.
