Easy Tiramisu

Brava, Kallista! My 2 best friends and I just spent 2 weeks in Italy, and this is EXACTLY how one of our Italian friends showed us how to make tiramisu. I prefer tiramisu this way, without the heavy cream-- the purpose of adding the whipped heavy cream is to give the mascarpone mixture a fluffier texture, but personally I prefer my desserts denser and richer, and I like to keep as much of the amazing mascarpone flavor as possible. STUPENDO questo tiramisu!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

My younger sister and I made this together, and it's fabulous! I had no idea that such an amazing chocolate cake could come from store-bought cake mix... I don't think I'll ever prepare it according to directions on the back of the box again! Thanks for this recipe.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

My sis and I made this for our mom's birthday, and it was a hit to say the least. She said it was better than any traditional birthday cake she's ever had! Omitted the glaze and served it with whipped cream instead... so delicious.

Orange Rosemary Chicken

Never would have thought of orange as a flavor to complement chicken, but it was delicious! Easy to make, healthy, and my family and I loved it. Next time, I'll probably follow Fastcooker's advice and add a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Thanks for a great recipe!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

This is my favorite frosting recipe from this site! I opted for the chocolate version and since I wanted to frost a 2-layer cake, I made 1 and a half times the recipe (perfect amount). Perfect texture... thanks for the recipe.

Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze

I'm not a fan of using corn syrup in my cooking, so I was VERY pleased to find that this recipe does not call for it. I like that this is thicker like a frosting but beautiful and glossy as the word "glaze" would indicate. This has got to be hands down the best use for a can of condensed milk!
