Simple Country Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
Easy and my neighbors said...so tender. I did simmer the ribs for 2 hours on very low, then to the charcoal grill ...and the taste was wonderful! Great recipe! Thanks... PS I also used beer as I simmered the pork ribs.

Deb's Spicy Summer Evening Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2013
Delicious and so easy when you are grilling! The mushrooms ended up be very smokey tasting....I put them on the top shelf of the grill to keep them from burning, with pork ribs on the fire. Great addition to my dinner! Definitely would do them again...

Cajun Cabbage with Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Very good! I used the Johnsonville New Orleans sausage instead of ground beef. The only thing I did different is that I didn't have to precook the sausage so I just mixed everything in a bowl first without even precooking the veggies. Came out perfect! Thank you for this recipe....the cabbage was an excellent twist!

Easy Sausage Pizza by Johnsonville®

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2013
Used my homemade sauce, and made some homemade pizza crusts...It's so fun! I used Johnsonville Italian sausage, removed the casing and crumbled it....great sausage for a pizza! I like pre-baking small crusts and have everyone make their own pizza with all the ingredients all precut- like a taco bar! Everyone so enjoys it!

Easy Cheeseburger Tacos

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2013
A little bland as written but you can always add something spicier for adults! I love the way that baking crisps them up a bit (I rubbed them in olive oil) Kids will love this! I did not add ketchup because I don't care for it but I know kids would love it.

Cheesy Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
Very good and easy! I used real bacon bits and skim milk but other than that...followed the recipe exactly. This makes a lot so I ended up adding extra potatoes (boiled on the side) because I wanted it hardier. Loved it and so did my neighbors!

Hot Dog Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2013
This was so easy and really was surprisingly delicious! Very few ingredients so its quick to make. Kids would love this. I used mild Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles because that's all I had in the pantry and I think it made it even tastier. Thank you! Will make this again!

Savory Vegetable Beef Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2013
Very easy, all ingredients you have in your pantry tho it LOOKS like a long list. This is a tomato based beef stew as opposed to a beef gravy stew. Very tasty......would also be good over rice, pasta or noodles. Try this! Could also easily be done in a crockpot, I think. Easily reduce-able too....I made a recipe for 4 and still have a full pot.

Salmon Sarciado

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2012
Tasty sauce and so quick and easy! I had to use a can of diced tomatoes because good tomatoes are out of season right now. My sauce turned out slightly pink because of the egg....make sure you beat the egg real well and stir quickly as you add to the sauce. I didn't taste the egg but it thickened the sauce up quickly. It worked great with my Salmon burgers, served over whole wheat pasta.
