Saffron Scented Cauliflower Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2014
Easy and a good use for cauliflower! To add depth, add garlic, dried red peppers, chives and/or parmesan cheese for a main dish. Serve with salad and a hearty bread...perfect for vegetarians! I bought Mexican saffron from Trader Joe's for around $6.99.....so it is POSSIBLE to find saffron fairly cheap without killing the budget. I really like this one with the add-ins....KEEPER!

Hash Brown Waffles

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2014
I actually used some thawed tater tots to speed things up! Added real bacon bits and some sharp cheese also....It was excellent! Make sure you oil or spray the waffle iron liberally when adding cheese. Do not open for about 8 minutes...came out crispy and delicious!

I made this in the slow cooker...so easy! These flavors all blended so nicely. Will make this again! Thank you, Mazola for this delicious recipe!

Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Grapefruit Salsa

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
Loved this recipe! Since I was cooking only for me, I decided to just do this in a saute pan on the stove...only took 5 minutes! I just put about a tablespoon of Mazola oil in the hot pan, placed salmon skin side down in pan, for about 2 minutes, turned the fish and cooked for about another 2 minutes! Came out perfect! This rub was delicious! Thank you Mazola for this great recipe.

Grandma Rita's Soft Butter Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2013
Used a bread maker... you put it on dough setting, when it finishes, put a little flour on your counter, plop the dough on the flour, cut it into even roll sizes or shape rolls. Do spray pan with oil spray, place close together, Place a tea towel over them (or they will dry out) and put in a warm place...30 minutes to an hour. Excellent recipe...almost unfailable! So soft, light and airy! The wetter you dough, the lighter it will be...resist adding flour. SUPER KEEPER!
