This recipe was a total hit for an adult birthday party. I served it with Vanilla Wafers. I made it the day before, added pecans and chocolate chips inside the ball...it took about 24 hours to get hard enough to shape, I rolled it in chocolate chips and pecans also. Definately make in advance

Grilled Shrimp and Chicken Pasta

The sauce was way to runny.....It would never thicken up. I recommend slicing the chicken up also. I will use a basic white sauce next time instead of the whipping cream.

Corn Souffle

This recipe was wonderful, Instead of using sugar I used salt, plus I added chedder cheese, topped it with bread crumbs.It was wonderful.

Banana Nut Bread III

This recipe was way too bland! I do not eat Banana nut bread but I made it for my husband and he was disappointed, the cooking time was much longer than stated, I had to cover it with aluminum foil to prevent burning, and it was not moist.I will keep looking.

Lemon Squares II

This recipe was awful. The crust was way to thick for the pan. The top of the lemon squares turned dark brown while cooking. This is definately not the recipe that my mother and I used to make!

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

This recipe had to much of a lemon taste to it. I thought the amount of red pepper was a little much. Not too impressed. I served over angel hair pasta, so that toned down the strong taste.
