White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Really Good! It's a keeper. I made 50% more sauce, since we like more and I'm sure I'll make it again.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Made exactly as written. Doubled it. Very moist, everybody likes them. Took 25 minutes in silicon sq.muffin cups. I had to use reg. choc.chips as that is what I had. Next time I will use less choc.chips. Just a little to sweet for my sweet tooth! Will cut it down next time. Keeper recipe for sure. Thx!

Washabinaros Chili

For my family it was too spicy and I didn't even add the habineros! I couldn't find the wasabi but that's okay since I'm not a huge fan. With some tweaking I'd make it again.

Pumpkin Pie Cake I

It was good, however, the consistency even after baking longer wasn't firm enough and I'm glad I only put in 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice as suggested or it would have been way to spicey. The topping was great. I've had similar recipes to this but thought I'd try this. Thanks for posting but I'll keep trying.

Sweet Grilled Corn

Really nice taste, very good, better than others I've tried. I followed recipe exactly but I only had regular EVOO and it was fine. I'm making for the second time today for July 4th !!!

Chai Tea Mix

Super!! Better than Starbucks since I chose to make it Decaf and it tastes just as good! By accident I found out you don't even need the powdered milk. I had all the ingredients but didn't want to buy the big box of p.milk as my gr. store was out of the smaller size. I assembled the rest using only 1/2 the cardamon to start and 1 C. splenda & 1 C. sugar and it is so good as is, I won't even bother to add the rest. For me, 1/2 the cardamon was enough. Thank you for the recipe and now I have no need to fiddle with tea bags anymore.
