Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
This is a hit every time I make it! It's so easy. Even though it says you should let it chill in the refrigerator for several hours - you don't have to if you're in a pinch. People will still go crazy for it the instant you're finished making it! Great recipe, Wayne!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
Well... I am sad to say that I'm not typically a picky person, but I really didn't like this chicken. I don't know if it was the BBQ sauce I chose (honey) or what, but the flavor was unappealing and the chicken was dry after the 9 hours. I won't be cooking this again. Maybe it was BBQ sauce?

Well, personally, I thought it was easy and tastes great. I woke up at 5 a.m. and put it on the heat and woke up to a delicious smell.

Spinach Mozzarella Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Wow! I really like this recipe! I was looking for meatloaf with spinach and I'm very pleased. The only thing I've added is ketchup but I add that later when eating, not on the dish itself. It tastes great and has plenty of protein!

Banana Cream Pie III

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2009
Yay! I made this for my fiancé and he loved it! I revised it just in that I added one packet of banana cream pie pudding instead of the second vanilla packet. The best part about this is that it's so easy - you really can't mess it up.

Creamy Spinach Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Both my husband and I loved this soup. I actually used 2% milk instead of half & half and it still turned out great. I took someone's advice about sauteing the onions first with butter. Yummy!!

People were scraping the bowl to get the last remnants of this yummy appetizer. I was proud of myself for bringing this because I'm not a cook and everyone loved it!

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
Next time I will double this recipe! I made this for SuperBowl and the meatballs were gone before halftime. I barely got to eat any. They were perfect. I used store bought frozen meatballs, made the sauce and then set the crock pot on high for 3 hours and then warmed them for the game. PERFECT!!
