Grandma's Star Cookies

These are now my favorite sugar cookies... with just a hint of orange flavor in them, they have a unique and delicious taste. They stay soft, and are perfect for Christmas cutouts! YUM-O!

I made this the first time and couldn't stop eating it. It is so moist and delicious... seriously the best I have ever had. The second time I made it, I added a streusel topping before baking and it was even more delicious! This recipe will be in my recipe collection FOREVER!

Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the easiest and most deliciously satisfying chicken noodle soup ever!!! I used a rotisserie chicken from walmart and used everything but the breast, which was perfect so I can use the breast for another recipe... I love the creaminess that the milk adds... This recipe is a special one.

Cool 'n Easy Pie

Super quick and easy - this is a great summer dessert recipe. My favorite version is with watermelon gelatin. Yum! (omitting the fruit of course.)

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

I have made this recipe for the last several years. I go ahead and take a little creative license with the spices, and everyone is always asking for the recipe. I never go home with any leftovers when I make this for gatherings. This is the best artichoke spinach dip ever! I like to serve mine in a hollowed out sourdough bowl - it looks so pretty!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Simple and delicious! I will keep this one at the front of the recipe box. My husband loves the meat without the BBQ sauce, and I like it with Sweet Baby Ray's Original Sauce. Sweet and spicy and hits the spot. It is very no-fuss and would be great to make when company is over and you don't want to be in the kitchen all evening cooking.

Garlic Pork Roast

Super easy and delicious. I loved the sweet potatoes with the pork. I went ahead and used a "roast rub" on my pork and threw in a few sprigs of rosemary. It came out tender and so yummy.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

These came out wonderful. Two bites into it my husband was asking me to make these again. I used leftover chicken from a Slow cooker roast I had done the day before, and I made them layered like a lasagna. BIG HIT!!!
