Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
Tried this last week for a fairly large luncheon - 13 adults and 3 kids. Bought a 5 lb pork butt and cooked it in the root beer for 14 hours...fell apart..added Baby Ray's and it was yum!!! All the men asked for the recipe and several women did too. BTW, the one little girl who eats nothing but pasta had a whole sandwich. Served with cole slaw and potato salad...delish!!! Thanks for the recipe...:>)

Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce

I made this for a dinner party on Sunday. It was outstanding! Everyone loved this recipe. I served it will Sunday mashed potatoes, fresh green bean almandine and apricot squash...delish! My only minor complaint was the amount of time it took to get it all together. I'll make this again for someone special!
