Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
I made these this morning (42 mini muffins) and they turned out great. I did increase the milk to 1 cup but I left the oil and sugar as the recipe states. It was plenty sweet enough. I made them for breakfast not dessert. Also because it's Christmas time, I had my kids sprinkle green & red sugar on top instead of the sugar/brown sugar combo. We will make again!

Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
This turned out great. Made it for Thanksgiving and it got raved reviews. I chopped the celery and onions very fine and cooked them well. Also I used 1 teaspoon of ground sage. As for the corn bread, I used 2 boxes of jiffy and added 1 tablespoon of sugar. I baked it the night before. I used most of the corn bread to make the dressing. Use one can of chicken broth with between 1/4 & 1/2 cup of water. It will turn out great!

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! I cooked the onions first but followed the recipe for everything else.

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2007
So simple and so good. I make a bunch of "treats" around the holidays for my family and friends. These are always in my box. Everyone loves them and they are the easiest things I make. I normally don't worry about measuring the nuts or coconut I just make sure the pan is evenly covered. Wonderful.
