Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins

Waste of ingredients! Mine sunk in the middle and were hard as rocks, plus the edges burned even cooking for only 18 minutes.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

My kids love this(all 7 of them), they love it with french fried onions and crumbled bacon on top! I love that it is fast and easy! I use shredded cheddar in place of velveeta though, and it has always turned out for me.

My ethipian born children thank you for this wonderful and closely authentic recipe! I use chicken broth for the liquid and found frozen chopped collards in my local grocery to cut the time down!

Kettle Corn

my Ethiopian born children love it when I make this recipe! They say it reminds them of Ethiopia! Nothing wrong with a little comfort food. The only problem I have had is that I can only make two batches(I have seven children!) if I try a third, I need to let the pan cool a bit before I make it. Otherwise, great!

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

I have been using a very similiar recipe for years, my only tip is to watch cooking times. It will vary with different wattage microwaves. This is a fast recipe and comes out with perfectly coated pieces every time! I have used it for bake sales and preteen sleepovers with great success!

Cherry Dream Cake
