Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
The lasagna ended up being a little dry. Next time I'll use more sauce and maybe try Alfredo sauce on some layers. The roasted veggies were great-not crunchy I've had with other vegetable lasagnas. Will use this recipe again.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
Cookies spread a little more than I liked. I like my cookies a little chewy though. I also added the zest of two limes to make the cookie have a little "pop" of flavor.

Souper Skillet Pasta

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
To make this recipe a little healthier, I added chopped spinach (drained), artichoke, and 1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese. Then I substituted macaroni pasta for cooked whole wheat penne, cut the cheeses in half, and sauteed with a half a cup of pasta water.

Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
I made one bread with ground sausage and it held better than the pepperoni. The pepperoni bread oozed after about 15 min. Using turkey pepperoni might be better, like some of the other reviews said.

Cookies didn't have as much flavor as I would have liked.

Mini Crescent Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
Sometimes I add ground Italian sausage when I double it instead of more hamburger for more flavor. We like to call them White Castle rolls.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
This is the best recipe I've found for chocolate chip cookies. I refrigerated the dough for about an hour like the other reviews said. I also found it's best to put them in a container while they are still kind of warm to keep them from becoming hard.
