Key Lime Pie VII

This pie was delightfully refreshing:) I made it with regular limes and a little lemon to make up for it. It worked fabulous! Definitely will make it again!

I added some herbs and spices to my dough and the crowd cheered. Wasnt bad leftovers either:) I might rise it a little next time tho... just to make it lighter.

Four Egg Yellow Cake

Loved it! I forgot to add my milk, so i didnt add it alternating with the dry ingredients... so My batter turned out a little lumpy looking, but it baked fine.

Deeelightful. I couldnt find my muffin pan, so i baked it in a greased 8x8 and it was a perfect amount. Also, didnt have enough blueberries, so i used some pineapple. Blueberries and pineapple make a nice combo:) Who would have thought! I think this is my new Muffin recipe!

Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties

This is the best recipe for peppermint patties i have ever tried! I also used a few drops of peppermint oil instead of extract; Turned out perfect. Also when I melted the chocolate, i used more and used coconut oil to melt in with it (also added extra cocoa and it was extra chocolatey. Everyone wanted the recipe:)

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

This was a hit with the hubby and room mate! It was a little chunky even after it was blended, but it all melted on the warm pasta. I also used milk and it was fine:)
