I made this last night and it was delicious. My boyfriend and I made it and some mozzarella/basil/tomato grilled cheese sandwiches to dip. I used 8 small high lycopene tomatoes (and forgot to peel them) and all organic ingredients besides the tomatoes. I know there have been some complaints about the butter in the soup, but the butter actually helps the lycopene to be absorbed by one's digestive system, I suggest using a good real butter that is fresh and not to saturated with fridge smells.
