About this Cook
I am 22 years old and I love to cook and try new foods. I don't like having the same things over and over again, so I always try to find new and different dishes. This website is amazing in helping me to do so.
My favorite things to cook
Anything new that I have not cooked or tried yet. I really enjoy the challenge that new foods and cooking styles bring.
My cooking tragedies
Everyone makes mistakes, live and learn! ;o)

Dreamy Orange Cupcakes
Orange Dreamsicle+Dream Whip+Miracle Whip=My Boyfriend In Love. I made these for my boyfriend's birthday and almost everyone loved them. A few of us, including myself, thought the orange flavor was a little to pronounced which really took away from the cream filling. (I filled the cupcakes with the marshmallow cream mixture) I would make these again but will probably skip the orange zest in the cupcake itself, since it is already orange flavored. Thank you for this recipe :O)

Grandma's Butterscotch Pie
I made this last night for a family gathering tonight. It was setting up beautifully until I put in the oven for those five minutes. (It never browned) When I pulled it out it was liquid. It has been in the refridgerator over night and has still yet to get to the point it was before I put it in the oven. I was thinking to myself the oven seems unnecessary but I always follow these recipes so I can give an accurate rating. I would skip the oven.

Slow Cooker Mole-Style Pulled Pork
Great flavor, but I did forget the chocolate. I didn't use tortillas, instead I served over brown rice with a side of mexican corn. I will make again.
