Molasses Crackles

Love the spices. Makes about 7 dozen. I freeze some of the dough n balls to be rolled in sugar before baking.

First layers needs 40 minutes, but later layers need more time. Pour over a spoon to prevent the warm jello from penetrating the cooled layer.
