Tomato Vodka Sauce

Was a great recipe and turned out very tasty! I used a smoked chipolte seasoning from New Mexico I had on hand because I felt the peppers would have been too much for my family's preference of chipolte peppers, since I am the only one who loves them. Using just a tsp of the seasoning gave it the taste I love and did not turn my family off from the strength of the peppers in this recipe. It was delicious with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.

Pineapple Pork Chops

Good recipe, needs a little individualized tweaking for me but overall a good sauce and a definitively a keeper for us.

Spicy Chipotle Grilled Shrimp

I've made this recipe twice already and love it! Just made it at a BBQ for about 15 people and everyone who had them loved them! I did substitute lemons for limes and it's still wonderful!

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

Easy to make, sauce came out fine in consistency if you let it sit so I recommend making sauce before putting putting noodles in the boiling water and while the noodles cook the sauce is cooling. Good overall recipe with lots of room to tweak it to your personal likes. Enjoy

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

This was a great Pizza! I bought a dough from a local pizza parlor instead of making my own due to time restraints and it was delicious! Loved the blend of the BBQ sauce, red onion, and MJ cheese! I am definitely adding this to my collection.
