After graduating college, I realized I was great at baking, but that my cooking needed work, especially with a husband to feed. I spent a year in Japan, and while there, I learned a lot about Japanese cooking - both taste and method. I love cooking and enjoy good basic recipes I can modify to fit my tastes.
My favorite things to cook
Japanese food: tonkatsu, tempura, sushi, kabocha...basically everything. I also love baking.
