J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
I LOVED THESE BISCUITS!! And that's saying something because I have /never/ been a biscuit person. I did add two extra spoonfuls of splenda blend sugar, but that's only because I like sweet bread. I made the mistake of patting the first batch out too much like I use to make them at Cracker Barrel. These biscuits don't really rise like those did, so they really do mean 1 inch thick.
