About this Cook
I am a mom of two toddlers. They keep my very busy! I am always on the go. I love spending my, very rare free time antiqueing. I enjoy doing crafts, excercising, shopping, and of course cooking. But most of all I love being at home with my family.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking almost everything. I like to invent new dishes and try new recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My great grandmother is from Italy, so of course are family favorites are home-made manicotti, gnocchi, tortelli, raviolli, sauce and meat balls.
My cooking tragedies
Most of the time I just make up recipes with things I have on hand.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
This dish was great! My husband and I don't eat usually eat fish, because we're not a big fan of the taste, but this was delicious. If you don't like fishy fish, but are trying to be healthy and would like to incorporate fish into your diet this is the recipe for you.

Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze
I made this glaze for my easter ham and everyone raved about the ham. It was the best ham I have ever eaten. I did the recipe alittle different. I followed the cooking instructions on the ham. I remomved the ham 20 min, before cooking time was over and placed the glaze. When I removed the ham from the roast dish and placed it into the plater, I pour all of the dripping over the ham and in beteen the slices. DELICIOUS!!!!!
