MMMMM... Brownies
Made this recipe and as suggested by others, did a couple modifications to the recipe. I tempered the eggs into the chocolate mixture and added 1/2 cup choc chips (mix in 1 tbsp. flour) to the batter before baking. I made the mistake of doubling the recipe and the brownies didn't bake as well as I had hoped for. Next time I won't double the recipe and make them in 2 separate baking dishes. Delicious overall and top them with chocolate fudge frosting. YUM!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Yum!! This soup was delicious!! I did make a few changes. I sautéed celery, chopped onions and carrots until soft, I added a tsp of crushed garlic. I then added the chopped ham (I also put in a couple big pieces of ham to cook with the soup and give it some extra flavor). I used chicken stock and threw in the chopped potatoes. I let it cook until the potatoes were tender and the soup had good flavor. I then added half and half at the end to thicken it up a little. When serving, I added some shredded cheese to the bowl. Soooo good!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I doubled this recipe, using defrosted chicken breasts. Put a little less Worcestershire sauce in because it seemed a lot...cooked in the crockpot overnight on low, then shredded the meat. The sauce was very watery, so I poured out a good amount of the liquid out and added a new mixture of bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Italian dressing and brown sugar. Put the sauce back in the crockpot with the shredded chicken and warmed it up, then served on hamburger buns with shredded lettuce and cheese slices. Yum!! Will definitely make again!
