I grew up in Georgia. Met the greatest guy in the world there 20 years ago. He joined the military and we have moved around some. We were at Ft. Riley Kansas and Keesler AFB Biloxi. Now He's at Kelly AFB San Antonio. We have 2 grown kids. It has flown by too fast. I'm almost afraid to blink at this point. I love to experiment, but no one else likes it. I mainly cook the foods we grew up eating. Sometimes made a bit healthier. I love thinking about all the things my nanny and great aunt used to cook. I cook like my nanny at times. She was of course the main influence in my life. We spent alot of time with her since my mom was divorced and worked alot. She would ask me to help her in the kitchen and I loved it. I hope when I am a nanny i will be just like her. not sure if I have had my best yet I have of course cooked the holiday turkey with the giblet bag in the cavity only to remove it at the dinner table in disgust. And unfortunately I am sure they'll be more in the future.
