Bacon and Parmesan Penne Pasta

Added blue cheese in lieu of parmesan and it was awesome. I also added some chopped garlic for extra flavor. Next time I will probably just use garlic powder. Also, this is a great recipe to add veggies to; broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes. Just add them, in towards the end so they don't get cooked to mush.

Egg Fried Rice

Yum! I added chicken and used peas instead of green beans. I also added about a 1/2 tsp. or so of garlic powder. 4 stars as written and five with the changes. Thanks Krista B.!

Party Punch IV

Yummy! Only draw back is you can't really leave it out for long because the soda goes flat. I made the juice part and added the soda to each glass instead of mixing it all together. I also added at least twice as much alcohol and you still could barely taste it. Thanks!

Hashbrown Casserole

I cut back on the sour cream and soup because I added extra cheese and I didn't want it to get too soupy. I would just do the recipe as is with the extra cheese because it ended up a little dry (which was my own fault). Yum!

Beef Stroganoff III

This is very good. I made it in a skillet with 1 lb. ground beef and it was quick and easy. I browned the ground beef and onions and didn't drain the grease. I added about half of the butter called for and pushed the meat to the side of the pan to make the rue. Only had to cook for 4 minutes once all the ingredients were added. I also omitted the white wine and it was still great flavor. Great recipe!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

I used fiesta ranch seasoning and this was awesome! No one has ever been so happy to eat veggies. Chop everything small so it sticks well to the cream cheese and makes it easy to eat.

Foolproof Rib Roast

Yummy recipe but needed about an extra 45 mins - 1 hr on the second cooking for my 9 lb roast to be medium rare. For that size I'd extend the intial cooking by about 20 minutes and leave some wiggle room for how long the second cooking would take. I'd rather have had it sit longer and rest than have my dinner late again.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

One of the yummiest cookies ever! The better the chocolate you put on the outside, the better they are. I like ghiradelli semi-sweet or milk chocolate over almond bark personally.
