Added blue cheese in lieu of parmesan and it was awesome. I also added some chopped garlic for extra flavor. Next time I will probably just use garlic powder. Also, this is a great recipe to add veggies to; broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes. Just add them, in towards the end so they don't get cooked to mush.
