Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
It was okay as written. The cabbage was way to overpowering! The broth was very acidic also. Next time I'll make some modifications, but it made over 8 quarts of soup so I'm gonna test out new modifications right from what I have. Thanks for the recipe!

Made it as written and It was pretty good. Next time I'll double the soup and use chicken broth instead of water. Thanks for a great base recipe :-)

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2013
Fantastic! I'll never have to go to a restaurant and pay astronomical prices again for boneless wings. I did double the flour mixture like other reviewers suggested and skipped on the cayenne pepper because we use Franks red hot so I figured the cayenne would be overkill. Fried was wonderful and have some in the oven now to see how they taste baked. Thank you so much for this fantastic recipe!

Zucchini Soup III

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2013
Fantastic soup! I made it exactly as written. Completely wonderful as is! Next time I will make a couple changes to suit my own preferences such as adding tomato juice to make it more soupy and another pound of sausage just because I love sausage. Also I would cut up the tomatoes and zucchini smaller. Everyone loved the soup and it's definitely a keeper!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2013
Just as good if not better than any restaurant's broccoli cheese soup! I did use only 1 pound of velveeta and then half a pound of cheddar, but did everything else to the letter. This is a great base too! I'll be using the leftovers to bake chicken in and then serve it over rice :-) thanks for the wonderful recipe!!!

Gnocchi I

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2013
Made this today for my hubby and his friend and it was my first time. My hubby stated that they reminded him of how his grandmother's used to taste and thanked me multiple times. The only amendment I made was I used leftover mashed potatoes instead of just plain potatoes, but it was wonderful. Thanks for the recipe :-) definitely a keeper!!!

Broccoli-Cheddar Stuffed Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
Only gave it a four because I used ground beef instead of turkey, but it was absolutely delicious that way! I was wondering if the sauce would work well with the ground beef and it sure did! It's the best meatloaf we have had in awhile.
