Dressing is the perfect proportions. Just add cabbbage mixture to suit you. I added celery seeds because I like them!

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon-Mustard Dressing

Layered Chocolate and Peanut Butter Bars

These turned out really good! Not too sweet. It was kind of hard to get that first layer to spread, maybe patting down with greased fingers would be easier. Hard to tell when done, so watch for browning on top.

Really good recipe. The batter was so stiff I had to add 2T milk to get everything mixed properly. Next time I will sprinkle tops with sugar for a little something extra.

Triple Berry Crisp

This is so easy and so yummy! It's easy to half recipe and bake in 8x8 pan. I love the suggestion of melting butter in pan as oven preheats, then mixing in pan. I scoop some of the topping out and make a bottom layer and top layer of crumble. Very simple!

Chicken Scampi II

Very easy and good. I decided to grill the chicken (kabobs) rather than saute it. So I marinated the chicken in all the ingredients except butter. Turned out great!

Pumpkin Dessert

Made this today. It got rave reviews! I substituted a half can of evaporated milk for the regular milk. And pecans for the walnuts. I mixed the pecans in with the topping. That made a nice candied nut! So GOOD!!!!
