Butternut Squash Fries are awesome!! But this recipe didn't give it enough time to cook. I always shake the cut up squash in a ziplock bag with a little olive oil and bake the fries at least 45 minutes so they are crispy.

Texas Glazed Pecans

I've made these twice now and they are wonderful. I did use half white sugar and half brown sugar for mine and they tasted exactly like the ones I bought at a festival. I made with pecans once and almonds once. Both were great!

Baked Kale Chips

My husband doubted this would work, saying there was no way the kale would get crispy. It did work! And he liked them. We followed directions exactly and baked 11 minutes. Thanks for a great healthy snack!

Japanese Chicken Wings

My sister and I had fun trying this new recipe. We were a little scared but it turned out awesome! It didn't say if the wings had to be thawed or not and we fried them frozen and it worked out just fine by following the recipe exactly. Thanks!
