This is a very quick, easy, delicious weeknight recipe. Like some of the other reviewers, I baked the chicken, covered, at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes. Then, I placed it under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes per side, just to crisp up the bacon. The chicken was very tender and juicy!
The only change I made was to add 3-4 chopped sundried tomatoes to the filling. They made a delicious addition.
