Flourless Chocolate Cake I
I made this for Christmas Eve. It was so easy, and beautiful as well! I didn't have a springform pan, so I just made it in a regular cake pan, greased with butter, and it didn't stick. Sprinkled with confectioner's sugar, piped on some holly, and served with a raspberry sauce from this site, a coffee sauce from Epicurious, and fresh whipped cream flavored with almond extract. I just used the Baker's bittersweet chocolate - not the best chocolate, but it's what my grocery store had, and the cake was still wonderful!
