Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers

This is soooo YUUUUMMMY! The only thing I will do different in the future is boil the cabbage while the chicken is grilling, most of the family likes cooked cabbage better than raw.

This recipe has potential but the cream sauce is way, way, way too sour! I think that the cream sauce needs no lemon juice at all as there is enough in the marinade. Next time I make it I will try it that, way hopefully it will be better.

Honey Baked Chicken II

I made this with a whole chicken and placed an onion in the body cavity and it was so easy and very, very delicious and even quite healthy. I served it with stuffing, a very good combination. This will stay on my favorites list for sure!

Sweet 'n' Sour Meatballs

This tasted good but it didn't taste like sweet and sour meat balls, it was actually home made ketchup and meatballs,(all of the ingredients for the sauce are the same as ketchup) but it was still good.
