Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
I made this with pace salsa and some dried oregano (cilantro is a type of oregano) and chicken thighs instead of breasts. I thought it would be okay but it was out of this world delicious! I will definitely be making this again, even my two year old liked it!

Breakfast Quinoa
Haven't tried it yet But there is a typo; it says mix cherries, cashews and ONION,..I think it should be HONEY instead of onion;P I will be trying it this weekend:)

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce
This recipe has potential but the cream sauce is way, way, way too sour! I think that the cream sauce needs no lemon juice at all as there is enough in the marinade. Next time I make it I will try it that, way hopefully it will be better.
