Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I absolutely loved this. I was in a pinch and used chopped jarred garlic so I'm sure the roasted garlic will make it amazing! This is definitely a keeper.

Sweet Polish Sausage

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
This was BANGIN'!!!! I used the ingredients listed without adjusting anything but I adjusted the cooking time. (just didn't have 2 hours with a hungry teen that would keep asking "When is dinner ready?") I boiled the sausage for 20 minutes while I preparing the other ingredients. I also sauted the onions prior to adding them to the sausage. I cooked it in a dutch oven then drained the water and added the other ingredients, boiled that for a minute or so then added to the oven on 350 for 45 minutes. Ohhhhh yummm!!! The sauce caramalized and was a great contrast of sweet and spice. Next time I may make more sauce to see if I have some extra to put over rice or something.

I did not care for this recipe at all. My family also agreed. Won't be cooking this again.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
Love these sage pork chops! I double the sauce and pour the extra sauce over mashed potatoes. I thicken the sauce up a bit with cornstarch.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2010
This is one of the tastiest cheesecakes I've ever had. If you like rich...it should be up your alley! It took me several times to acheive the "perfect" cheesecake. I do add 1/2 cup of Bailey's. All other ingredients stay the same. I must have whipped it too much (that will for sure cause cracks) and it was a crumbly consistancy. The last time I cooked it, I didn't whip it as much. Placed it straight into a water bath...and the "perfect" cheesecake was born. Yummm!

Roasted Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
This was a great potato salad! I altered it just a smidge. I used 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo. I omitted the eggs and added celery. I added celery seed seasoning (I just love that season added in). I also roasted the potatoes with the salt/pepper seasoning on them. Yummy! Will be making again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
This is a great recipe. I've tried Chicken n' Dumplings in the past and I've had to alter the sauce because it was more like soup. This recipe was right on for the consistency that I wanted. I followed the recipe except I added some spices (cumin, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and a bay leaf). I will be making this a frequent flyer in my home!!

Better Than Sex Cake I

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
I've been making this recipe for years. There are so many ways to play around with this recipe. My favorite was to poke the holes in it with the wooden spoon then pour the sweetened condensed milk in the holes (used a "barbeque" ketchup bottle to make it easier) then I added raspberry/rhubarb jam in the holes. I topped the cake with cool whip and shaved chocolate. The cake was delicous and a HUGE hit! Now that I'm talking about it...I'm making it tomorrow!!

Mushroom Cube Steaks

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
This was a quick and easy recipe. I actually never cooked with cube steak before so I was looking for a recipe that my husband would love....and he did. This will be on the menu again.
