Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Thank you for the idea - although you really don't need a recipe for this, any cookie recipe will do. Depending on the cookie you use the sandwich might get a little too sweet.

Simple 'N' Delicious Chocolate Cake

This cake was very easy to make, but in the end my batter tasted very very strongly of coffee. So I added 1/2 cup of sugar, doubled the amount of vanilla and added about 3 or 4 dashes of Coffeemate. Yes, Coffeemate (the vanilla caramel flavor). It tasted great in the end and I was very very happy!

Lemon Square Bars

This was really good. I made it with limes instead of lemons, and it had a stronger taste to it, just the way I like it. My relatives loved it, and I did too!

Crunch Bar

I was so happy with this recipe. I made it for a Christmas party and it was a huge hit! I LOVED it. It was SO easy to make, it took about 15 minutes, and it was fun. Everyone raved! Thanks for this scrumptious crunch bar.

Jan's Chocolate Cake

This recipe was great. I followed the directions and succesfully made four 9x13 inch delicious chocolate cakes, topping each of them with homemade icing. I was a bit worried about 2 of the cakes because I added the boiling water about 15 minutes before I cooked them, but they turned out fine. It was easy and fun! Thank you for this yummy recipe!!

Blackberry Cobbler

Awesome recipe. This is definately the best recipe for blackberry cobbler I know. Next time I'll cut the amount of sugary water in half, because it seemed too much for my pan, floating around at the bottom. This was a fun cobbler to make and veeeeeeery delicious! Thank you!!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

A great recipe. I was afraid as I was making it that there wouldn't be enough batter for the 9x13 inch pan, but there was! It turned out very yummy. A keeper! Thank you for the recipe :)
