hmm i love to cook anything or at least try to serve dishes i had in restaurants iam more of an experiment typ of gal , i dont have any favorites i jus cook whatever my kids want me to cook or my friends would request for a type of dish . the most favorite thing is when my kids wanna help or my oldest wants to surprise me with her special dish ,whatever that may be ....so far they pretty much involved in the kitchen , like the germans say , fruh uebt sich ... when i take a dish to gatherings and everybody goes MMMMMM , that makes me a happy cook hmmm....have to think about that one .........
