wonderfully moist fish. i followed the recipe but didn't measure things out exactly ... just kinda eyeballed it. it was very very good. have prepared this way several times now.

Juicy Butt Steaks

A wonderful meal. I found that all the ingredients didn't seem to "meld" until about the last hour of cooking. So don't be worried! It's well worth it! So easy! I'll make this again.

BBQ Hotdogs on Rice

WONDERFUL! I LOVE kielbasa! And this was just great! I was a litle nervous about so much molasses, but just keep cooking it and makes the meat taste so good!

my dad has always loved my mom's creamed onions and so was hard to win over when I said I was preparing them! But we all really like these! My only comment would be to make sure you boil onions first if you wan them to be soft. I used frozen pearl onions and they were still crunchy after baking. That wasn't a problem, but made it a little strange.
