Luscious Slush Punch
I have made this twice now, the first time with 1/2 half the recommended sugar and the second time with no sugar added. Everyone happily drank it with no added sugar. There is so many sweet ingredients in it the extra sugar just isn't needed.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I make this at least twice a month. I always boil the ingredients in chicken broth, then strain it to add it back to the sauce which I always double. I usually use celery salt in place of the salt and celery seed and also add a few shakes of poultry seasoning. I often accidentally put the onions in with the rest of the boiled vegetables and have never noticed a difference in taste. The baking time of 35 minutes seems right-on even with the sauce doubled. It is a bit runny the first time but reheats nicely at that consistency. If you have a large family that can eat it at one sitting you may want it a tad less runny.

The Best Caramel Apples
This took quite a long time to get to temperature because I was afraid to burn it. I used organic apples washed with vinegar and did not dip them in boiling water. The apples taste pretty good and the caramel stuck fine, but even better I had quite a bit of caramel left over so I poured it in a 8X8 square pan lined with parchment paper, put semi-sweet chocolate chips on it while it was still hot along with pecans and a bit of sea salt. That is really good!
