Yakisoba Chicken
I made this with tofu by browning it well first in the oils, then putting all the veggies and then putting in the sauces. i ran out of soy sauce so i put teriyaki sauce and it was delicious! not a heavy sauce, it was just great!

an additional note: this recipe had the water measurements for high altitude (denver, co) and should be adjusted for other cities

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli
this was delicious! just the right amount of flavor! i doubled the sauce, and since i didnt have chili paste i ommited it. served it over white rice, it was a fantastic meal!
