Jalapeno Popper Spread

SO yummy! I used Fat Free cream cheese and reduced fat mayo and it was still delicious!! Also great with carrots and celery.

SO good! I switched it up a bit, I used stewed diced tomatoes and a whole head of garlic. I skipped the heavy cheese layer and just topped with parmesan. I also cooked it on top of a layer of whole wheat spaghetti. Delicious and so healthy!

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

Yum! Though, admittedly, I just used Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting! :) I used whole wheat flour and a bit less sugar. I sprinkled the frosting with cinnamon and topped with a raisin!

Peanut Butter Apple Dip

OH MY YUMMINESS!! I used Fat Free cream cheese and added ground honey roasted peanuts to the dip and as a topping. So delicious. I served it with graham crackers and apples, but was even tasty with carrot and celery sticks!

Super Easy Fruit Dip

Perfect! Light and refreshing! I was also searching for a dip without cream cheese or marshmallow creme. I used Fiber One yogurt and Cool Whip Free for a great low calorie treat.
