I made this the other night with homeade stuffing, mashed potatos, gravy and green beans...and it was a HUGE hit... I followed the recipe and a few reviews.. Placed marg under the skin and added lemon pepper seasoning. I used Adobo instead of and powders. I did 15 minutes to start at 450 degrees then right before it was done I hit it again at 450 to get it crispy. I think letting it sit under the foil tent is where most of the magic happens. I invited my friend to eat over and she started eating and said my dinner was so good she could make love to it...lol. She also said the chicken was much better then what you can get at the store and pay $5 for said she would pay $20.00 for this one all day long. I gave some to the neighbor she said that chicken was HELLOFA-- I said what does that mean she said good. This is a keeper and I am so glad I found this recipe!
