Baked Pork Chops I
I really didn't like anything about it. Boyfriend liked it though.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Excellent flavour. Used this on pickeral because didn't have tilapia. Will be doing this recipe on fish on a weekly basis now. Reason for giving it a 4 and not a 5 is that after coming out of the oven the topping melts and runs all over the pan - have to experiment a bit with the butter and the lemon juice (I think) to help the topping stay on the fish when broiled. Thanks for an awesome dish!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
Gave this a 4 based only on the flavour - I didn't really use it with intentions to tenderize meat - so I can't give it a 5 because I don't know how tender it will make a steak (but I intend to find out). I thought the flavour of this was really great and it was easy because I had all the ingredients on hand already. I didn't find the taste was offputting like some other ratings said it was. I also didn't puree the ingredients - just because I didn't feel like dirtying more dishes! I cut the recipe in half and used 3 minced garlic cloves in place of the garlic powder and dried minced garlic. Had some sirloin steaks in the fridge and felt like trying a marinade so I whipped this together and marinated for only an hour - the flavour was really great after an hour but the marinade didn't have time to work yet (my own fault for not leaving it longer). I am looking forward to trying this again on a more tough peace of meat for a much longer time period. The only thing I would change would be to add some salt - but I'm usually heavy handed with the salt anyway. Thanks for a great recipe Kookie!
