I'm a full time secretary...id love to be a full time baker:) haha..or a cook if i could just cook large amounts of one thing...not sure id like to be a line cook...

hmmm.probably bread.. and chicken cordon bleu is purty fun... cheese cakes are quite fun.. cinnamon rolls...pizza . potatos lots of ways. I really could go on and on here.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Usually we make strawberry jelly, creamed corn, and pickles once a year to either freeze or can..we are branching out to other items to though:)
My cooking triumphs
hmm..my one friend told me they didnt like homemade pizza til they tried mine...i guess that would be a triumph:)I give part of the credit to the stones i cooked them on though
My cooking tragedies
Hmm...the 1st time i ever tried to make gravy was when my inlaws were coming over for lunch. I made a simply one with broth and my mom had told me to use water and mix it with flour. Well i decided not to mellow out the flavor at all and just use some of the broth(yes the broth was hot...sigh) I put it in a container and shook it and....you can imagine what happened..it exploded...since my kitchen and dining room are one room theres no way to hide my kitchen...haha..but my dear husband helped me clean it up quick... I guess thats the way you learn:)
