Sweet And Sour Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
I have made this many times, usually with boneless breasts and just 1 packet of onion soup mix. Recently tried substituting can of cranberry sauce for apricot preserves tastes even better.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
Very good recipe. Did coat chicken with flour first, and used a little less hot sauce. I would not double the sauce as I do think it can be overwhelming.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
The meatballs were very good, make exactly as stated. Simmering in the sauce made them moist. Did use crushed tomatoes, personal preference.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
Great recipe! I omitted the salt from the marinade and just sprinkled on prior to grilling. I think maybe that was what may have dried out chicken that was mentioned on previous review, not lemon. I don't think salt should be added to any marinade as it draws out the moisture in the meat.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
Everyone liked this pie. Only thing i did different was use 1/3 cup corn starch instead of flour, also used whipped cream recipe instead of cool whip. It does indeed take some patience to whisk ingredients, I used my double boiler just because iknow i would become impatient, but it worked out fine, did need to whisk about 20 mins.

I had to read all the reviews before I made this, because I always thought the longer u whipped the cream the lighter and fluffier it would become, so not only was this a good recipe the reviews really helped. DO NOT OVERBEAT, oh I did use 2 tbs. sugar.
