Broccoli Cheese Soup IV

Yum yum ! This soup was delicious and so filling! We loved it! I microwaved the frozen broccoli for a minute before putting it into the soup mixture to soften it up.

Quick Creamy Spinach and Tomato Pasta

This was pretty bland even with the suggestions from other users. I added in oregano and pepper flakes to kick it up. The sour cream became gritty upon mixing it with the sauce though.. I wonder why?

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies III

WOW! These are delicious! They are very light weight but taste rich & when you eat them warm they're gooey. Amazing. 5 stars all the way!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

I made these cookies for my boyfriend and I for Valentine's Day last week & we both really enjoyed them. These cookies resemeble brownies and are so tasty and fun to make. : )

Pink Lemonade Pie

This was absolutley delicious and it reminded me of a fresh keylime pie on a hot summer day. I filled up an already baked pie crust and stored the left overs in a small custard cup.

I did not enjoy this cobblr at all! The consistency was icky and it tasted like baked cream of wheat with peaches. Plus it took way longer than 40 minutes and it still wasn't ready! My mom liked it though. Maybe she didn't want me to feel bad!

Cherry Chocolate Cobbler

I made this dessert earlier this evening and it came out pretty yummy! I didn't have any regular choclate chips so I used semi-sweet chocolate chips & it still came out good. I give it 4 stars because it didn't taste as good cooled down as it did when it was warm and out of the oven. This dessert definetly goes well with vanilla ice cream though.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

I just got done eating this meal and it was delicious! I had to add some extra water (about 1/4th cup) because it did dry out but the final outcome was so yummy!!!
