this is a good recipe! however, as previous reviews noted, it calls for too much flour! i do live in a dry climate, but i had to add a 1/4th a cup of water extra. after the dough had risen, i found it still very difficult to roll out into ropes and wonder if even more water may have been needed. despite this being said, the pretzels were delicious. i did put the pan on the top rack though! otherwise, the bottoms would have burned for sure!
