Creamy Swiss Chicken

I thought this was great! If you use a good wine (and like wine) the amount of wine shouldn't be a problem but I could taste it. I particularly liked the little bite from the cayenne and the slight crunch from the croutons.

Pan-Seared T-Bone for Two with Rosemary Mustard Sauce

This was a very good recipe and very easy to make! My t-bone may have been a little thicker but it took longer than the time on the recipe to get to medium-rare. I will definitely make again.
