Backyard Berry Bowl

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
Deliciously sweet without the guilt of eating a ton of sugar. Such a healthy treat and it's so easy to make. The honey drizzle on top kicks it up a notch and the granola gives it just the right amount of crunch it needs.

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
These came out delicious. I would recommend letting the balls harden before dipping them into the melted chocolate, otherwise they'll fall apart. Since we were low on time and couldn't let them cool off, we just drizzled the chocolate over the top and they came out great!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
Followed the recipe exactly and they turned out wonderful! Don't change a thing. 20 minutes was perfect unless you make bigger cupcakes, in which case you should knock it up to the 25 minute mark. Just as described. Love them!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
The cookie dough never completely froze, so the cupcake had a slightly more baked cookie in the center than anticipated. But they were still delicious! It was a pleasant surprise in the middle for everyone who tried them.

Mini Cheesecakes III

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
I didnt have lemon, so we used a little bit of orange zest. These came out fantastic. My friends who don't like cheesecake even liked them! Only thing I would change: double the quantity for everything so you have more!

Easy Peach Crisp II

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
This was fantastic and so easy to make even for the newest chef. I was out of milk, but had peaches and wanted a cobbler, so this recipe was perfect! Everyone loves it!! :)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
Exceptional! I refrigerated these like the recommendations and they turned out perfect. I also did half of the batch with greasing the pan and half without (since some people said not greasing it was better). They definitely turned out better when I greased it, big surprise. haha. They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. And they come out BIG and DELICIOUS!

Hush Puppies II

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
These were kind of bland and the middle took a while to be cooked all the way through. I used a little extra salt and added about a tablespoon of sugar to give it some more taste. They were okay though. Sort of tasted like biscuits.

Banana Split Muffins

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
I didnt want to use 3 bananas so i used 2 instead and lowered the mayo to 1/3 C accordingly. It STILL turned out great. Also, I used a 9" circular cake pan because i didn't want to make muffins...all i had to do was bake it for an additional 20 minutes and it turned out fine. Delicious!

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
IT was great! And super easy. I folded the tortilla in half so that the cinnamon sugar on the inside like a quesadilla. It was delicious.

Tortilla Pizzas

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
This was quick, easy, and tasty. My roomie who doesn't like a lot of mayo really enjoyed it. I didn't have either red or green pepper, so I just used the other ingredients and it worked just fine. The only thing is i would lower the mayo amount a tad because it was kind of overwhelming.

Raspberry Coconut Layer Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
Very delicious and super sweet. Though, there weren't enough graham crackers to cover the bottom of the pan, so I increased the crackers and butter to twice the amount. I would recommend using a little less butter than graham cracker, as it somewhat overpowered the graham cracker taste. Also, I didn't use any roasted walnuts because I had none, but the bars came out great anyway!! Everyone enjoyed them.

Baked Tofu Bites

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2008
These were great after I refridgerated the final product. I used light maple syrup because that's all I had and the taste was still good (the sauce was just a little thin). And since I didn't have sesame seeds I used a teaspoon of sesame oil for taste. It worked! I also followed the recommendations to leave out the liquid smoke. Pretty good hot, and better cold! My roomie and friends couldn't get enough!
