Crustless Spinach Quiche

Orange Fluff I

I think the unit of measures are wrong on this. I used 1 6 oz box of Jello instead of 2 3 oz. And I had to buy 2 8 oz tubes of cool whip to make up the 1 16 oz. I didnt even use all of the second one and I think the orange flavor was barely there. It was good though, however for sure doing coconut next time. That would make it even better!

World's Best Pumpkin Pie

This came out very good, how ever I think it should call out for a deep dish pie crust. Like the previous reviews it was too much for 1 pie but not enough for 2. Still it was very good.

Tortilla Soup III

This was great! And so easy. I used cooked cubed chicken instead of beef, and I used tortilla chips instead of real tortillas and 3 cheese mexican cheese instead of the cheddar. The pot was empty by the end of the night! This is not a broth like soup but more of a rich creamy sauce. Served with avocado and chopped cilantro. This was great thanks for sharing

Cheesy Creamed Corn

I made this twice, once for a pot luck and another for my family. Both times I ended up with an empty crock pot! And it was so easy to make, an added plus! Ok its been 3 years since my last review, and this is still as good as ever! The one thing my grandkids ask for every holiday is CHEESY CORN!
