Homemade Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I just finished making these cookies: YUM! I mixed the cookies using my food processor-- it took no time at all & no mess! I used 1 pkg of devils food cake & 1 pkg of chocolate fudge cake mix. I cooked the first batch at 350 for 10 minutes & they actually BURNED while sitting on the cookie sheet. So the next round: I turn the oven down to 325 & cooked for 8 minutes & let them sit for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet. This produced PERFECT, moist cookies! I used the whipped DH packaged vanilla frosting. YUM YUM YUM!

Quick and Easy Brownies
These are amazing! They taste exactly like the 2 bite brownies as long as you reduce the flour to 1 cup and the sugar to 1.5cups :) People gobbled these up at Christmas dinner! I'm making them again right now for the kids treat for at school (sans walnuts of course)!

Friendship Soup Mix in a Jar
Yum! I recieved this as a gift & it was delicious-- I did use tomato paste, I just made sure it was really well blended with the beef before adding water. The house smelled delicious & the soup was perfect for a chilly winter day! I will definitely make this for others as a gift... it's great!
