This recipe was delicious! I halved the recipe, made it in a 13x9 non-stick cake pan, and made sure to include 1 cup of brown sugar in the filling. I did find that I needed to par-bake the crust for a few mins longer than recommended, as well as bake it with the filling for a few mins longer than recommended, but that may have been due to me using a dark, coated, pan. Great recipe!

Yummy! Just finished eating this recipe with dinner tonight and it was very tasty! This was the first time I have eaten cauliflower prepared this way and I'm definitely a convert! I followed the recipe as written except I kept it covered for the first 15 minutes of cooking as other reviewers have suggested and instead of measuring the parm I just sprinkled a little bit over the cauliflower. I probably used a little less than 1/4 c. Also, I omitted the parsley just because I didn't have any. I really enjoyed this method of preparation. Thanks for a great recipe!

My favorite breakfast casserole! I've made this several times and I usually make it on Christmas morning for an easy treat! I now put this together in the evening (fully assembled) and then sit it in the fridge overnight. I pull it out in the morning and put it in the oven as it's preheating, then bake 35-40 mins as recipe suggests. Perfect everytime! Thanks for a great recipe!

Love this recipe! I've made it several times and these make awesome meatball subs! Very easy to throw together and bake off. I usually just sub some onion powder for the onion the recipe calls for because it's easier. Next time, I think I'll double the recipe to have some on hand in the freezer. Thanks!

Thank you so much for a great recipe! We have lots of fresh zucchini right now from our garden and this is a great way to use it up! I did make a small change, instead of 3 cups AP flour I used 2 cups AP and 1 cup whole-wheat for some added nutrition. I also baked it in a bundt pan as I don't have 2 loaf pans. I had to increase the baking time to slightly more than an hour, but it came out perfectly! Thanks again!

Great recipe! I made this with 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1/2 AP, but followed the rest of the recipe as written. Thunderstorms rolled in shortly before we were ready to grill so I ended up making the pizza in at 400 degree oven. I par-baked the crust by itself for a short time then topped it and put it back in the oven until the cheese melted. Delish! I can't wait to actually try grilling it. I think it will be the perfect texture to grill!

This is a wonderful recipe! Very moist and dense. I followed the recipe very closely, but I did make a few changes. I used 4 small/medium bananas as that's what I had to use up. It yielded more like a cup and a half of mashed banana. Instead of the 1 1/3 cup of white sugar I used 1/3 cup light brown sugar and 1 cup of white sugar. I added in about a cup of chopped pecans and then I baked in a bundt pan for 60 minutes at the same temperature. It came out perfectly and I'm planning to freeze half. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe is delish! I just made it, but had to substitue 1 cup of reduced fat sour cream for the yogurt (what I had on hand). I used the juice of half the lemon to thin out the sour cream a little bit. I also used a prior reviewer's suggestion and upped the sugar to 3/4 c. instead of the 1/2 c. the recipe calls for. The lemon flavor is subtle, so maybe next time I'll zest the whole lemon and use all of the lemon juice. The bread was a snap to bring together and it's very moist and flavorful! Would probably be good with blueberries in place of the raspberries to switch it up a bit! Great recipe!

Made this recipe for New Year's Eve and it was a hit! I used frozen meatballs to cut down on prep time, I also omitted the lemon juice because I didn't have any on hand. Mixed cranberry sauce, brown sugar and a full bottle of chili sauce together, mixed in the frozen meatballs, then dumped the mixture into the crockpot, which I left in the fridge overnight until I put it on low to cook the next day. Turned out yummy!

Great recipe! I followed the recipe as written with the exception of the raisins. Instead of raisins I spread the dough with apricot preserves before adding the sugar/cinnamon/nut mixture, which was very tasty! The dough is phenomenal though! Flaky and buttery and just as it should be. Thanks for a great recipe!

Yum! Great recipe! I followed as written with the exception of using only 16 oz of strawberries vs. the 2-10 oz packages recommended. That's what I had and although 20 oz would have been better the 16 oz worked just fine!

Great recipe! I did adapt it a bit to use what I had on hand. I only used half an onion and I went ahead and roughly chopped it. Also, I used 2c. of homemade chicken stock that I had in place of 2c. of the water called for. I cooked the beans overnight on low (about 10-12 hours). When I mashed them I added a pinch more cumin. These turned out WONDERFUL! Definitely better than canned refried beans and much less expensive since this yields so much. Thanks for a great recipe! P.S. I read a few reviews where people omitted the jalapeno for fear that it would be too spicy, the amount of jalapeno called for does not make the beans spicy at all! My 1 year old son thoroughly enjoyed these beans. So, actually if you are wanting a little bit of heat I'd definitely add a whole jalapeno and maybe even leave in some of the seeds and ribs.

I made this sauce for my own take on lasagna so I did the filling a bit differently, but the sauce was excellent! Very flavorful and easy to make. I did slightly decrease the amount of oregano and added a bay leaf while the sauce simmered for an hour. My hubby was very impressed by this meat sauce.

This is a great buttermilk pancake! It's the perfect balance of fluffy and dense and the flavor is great. We used 2 cups of buttermilk because we only had a pint and 1 cup of whole milk instead of the 1/2 cup called for to make up for the buttermilk we left out. It turned out really well. We also put some blueberries in while the batter was cooking. Yum!

I've made these twice now and I guess it's time to add my own praise to the 4500+ positive reviews! These are the ultimate cinnamon roll! Great texture, great size, perfect amount of sweetness, and really? Is there anything better than a fresh from the oven, homemade cinnamon roll?! I did adapt this recipe to be made using a KitchenAid mixer as I don't have a bread machine. It's not hard at all to do it without a bread machine. I made these up to the baking point on Christmas Eve and we baked them off and ate them on Christmas morning. After putting the rolls in the pan I covered them with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge. I pulled them out and set them on the counter 30mins-1hr before I wanted to bake them and then baked them for 20-25mins at 350 (the first time I made these I baked for 15mins at 400 as the recipe calls for and they didn't bake evenly, definitely go with the lower temp! I did take 1/2 a star away for this as my rolls were under baked in the middle the first time I made them because of this.). The only other change I made was to change the proportions of the cream cheese frosting a bit. The first time I made the rolls I made the frosting as written and didn't love it. I much preferred the frosting I made this time (I took another 1/2 a star off because of this) where I used 4oz of cream cheese rather than 3oz. And don't forget to flip the pan over after it comes out! Other than those two things this recipe is perfection!
